Our payment is officially supported by shopify payment, which supports shop pay, apple pay, Google pay and multiple credit cards. Additionally, we also support PayPal payment.We can not receive the Cash.

Returns

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lcm@nikolatoy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the goods have already been shipped and cannot be intercepted

We need you to choose to reject the package upon arrival. When the package is returned to our warehouse,

we will provide you with a full refund

We are a manufacturer and we have sufficient inventory

All orders will be packaged and shipped the next day

Tracking number will send to you by email

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

The whole process takes 10-17 days

Because DHL express transportation services have high requirements for items, they cannot contain batteries and do not accept sensitive items such as gun shaped toys or flammable items
