NikolaToy™CFM56-7B HPT 1stg HPT Blade
The blades of this product are disassembled from a used engine and generally have varying degrees of usage marks.
The CFM56 series engine is currently the most successful turbojet engine widely installed on aircraft such as Boeing B737 and Airbus A320. The engine is jointly designed and produced by GE of the United States and Safran of France, with GE responsible for manufacturing the high-pressure compressor, combustion chamber, and high-pressure turbine, and Safran responsible for manufacturing the low-pressure compressor and low-pressure turbine.
This blade is installed at the core position of the CFM56 engine - the stage of the high-pressure turbine. It is made of nickel based alloy single crystal casting and works at the outlet of the combustion chamber, which has the highest temperature and the most harsh conditions in the entire engine. Each blade can safely operate for more than 60000 hours in extreme environments of 1600K and 30 atmospheres.
